About the Project

Nexovah was tasked with transforming the digital presence of Dominator Safes into a modern, high-security online environment. We integrated comprehensive product catalogs featuring domestic, commercial, and specialty safes into an intuitive interface. The result is a platform that empowers customers to find certified fire and penetration-resistant solutions while offering specialized resources like the “Vault of Knowledge” blog. Today, Dominator Safes serves an Australia-wide network of over 70 independent retailers through this professional digital hub.

Our Process & Methodology

The project began with a deep-dive consultation with the Australian client to define the target audience, ranging from homeowners to commercial security managers.

• Strategy: We translated these requirements into a comprehensive mind map and user flow charts using FigJam to ensure a logical architecture.
• Design: From there, we moved into Figma to design the primary pages, establishing a visual language of strength and reliability.
• Collaboration: We maintained a continuous feedback loop between the Australian stakeholders and our designers to refine every technical detail.

WordPress Integration & Technical Execution

A critical phase of the project was the high-fidelity translation of our Figma designs into a custom WordPress environment. Nexovah focused on:

• Advanced Location Services: A custom “Find a Dealer” feature using Google Maps API, allowing users to locate any of the 70+ independent retailers across Australia instantly.
• The Challenge: The primary challenge was to take a massive inventory of technical security products and deliver a “zero-friction” user experience. We focused on optimizing searchability for specialized categories like drug safes and floor safes while maintaining a fully responsive design for all devices. By balancing a wealth of technical documentation with a sleek front-end, Nexovah successfully bridged the gap between industrial specifications and user-friendly digital navigation.
