Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 30, 2021

Introduction

Nexovah Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Nexovah", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to safeguarding personal information and privacy rights. This policy applies to visitors of nexovah.com and to those engaging with our services, including sales, marketing, and events.

For privacy concerns, contact us at support@nexovah.com.

Information We Collect

We collect voluntarily provided data including contact preferences, mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, names, billing addresses, IP addresses, locations, and browser details.

Payment information is processed through third-party providers — Transferwise, Payoneer, PayPal, and Razorpay — each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

We also automatically collect log and usage data (IP addresses, device information, browser type, activity timestamps), device information (computer/phone specifications), and location data (GPS and IP-based geolocation, which can be opted out of).

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Create and authenticate accounts
  • Post testimonials (with prior consent)
  • Deliver services and provide support
  • Send marketing communications (with opt-out capability)
  • Prevent fraud and maintain website security
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
  • Deliver targeted advertising and personalized content
  • Conduct business analytics and evaluate performance

Data Sharing

Data may be shared based on your consent, our legitimate business interests, contract fulfillment, legal obligations and court orders, or vital safety concerns. Business transfers or acquisitions may also involve data transfers.

We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), provided by Google LLC, as our website analytics processor. When you accept analytics cookies, usage data such as pages visited, session duration, device/browser type, approximate location (derived from an anonymized IP address), and referral source is shared with Google for the sole purpose of understanding site usage and improving our services. Google acts as our data processor for this purpose and processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use GA4 to build advertising profiles or sell your data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site and, with your consent, to understand how visitors use it.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning correctly (e.g., remembering your cookie preference itself) and cannot be disabled through our consent tool, since the site cannot function properly without them.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set after you actively accept them via the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit — no analytics script loads, and no analytics cookie is set, until you click "Accept." GA4 collects information such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (IP address anonymized before storage), and how you arrived at our site.

You are in control at all times: click "Decline" on the consent banner to opt out of analytics cookies entirely, adjust or block cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to prevent GA4 from collecting data across any site you visit, including ours. You may also visit aboutads.info/choices to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating providers.

Declining or later withdrawing consent does not affect your ability to use the site — only our ability to measure how you use it.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary — generally not exceeding 1 year — unless legal requirements mandate extended storage. Unused data is deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures, but cannot guarantee 100% protection against unauthorized access. Users assume the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. Parents concerned about a minor's data should contact hello@nexovah.com.

Your Privacy Rights

EEA/UK residents may request access to their personal information, correction or deletion, processing restrictions, data portability, or object to processing. Complaints can be filed with local data protection authorities.

California residents (CCPA) have rights regarding data access and deletion requests, information about collected categories and third-party disclosures, opting out of future data sales, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Nexovah has not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and does not plan to.

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals due to a lack of uniform technology standards.

Policy Updates

We update this policy as needed. Material changes are communicated through website notices or direct notifications — please review updates periodically.
